SELF IN RELATIONSHIP
A weekend immersion on Saturday April 23rd 10am-5pm is intended to support you in deepening self study of your relational beliefs and patterns.
Using somatic, experiential, expressive arts and written modalities you will be invited to explore your relational landscape through attachment patterns, core beliefs, protective parts and self compassion.
This therapeutic relationship will be facilitated by a Registered Clinical Counsellor @leslie.a.wilkin, Expressive Arts Therapist @danielle.dickson.art of @bee.true.studio and includes a nutritious lunch prepared by @sarahs_holistickitchen
